These terms cover what you buy from Handbill Press and how it works. Handbill Press is a trade name of Latent Enterprises LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731 (“we”, “us”). By paying for an order you agree to them. They apply to buyers with a US billing address.

What you are buying

Personalized digital files made from the details you confirm: for example print-ready PDFs, images, text files and editable copies. We do not print or ship anything. What is in each kit is listed on its page when you buy. The Monthly Refresh is a subscription that adds new files to your order page each month.

Prices, tax and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. Payment is by card through Stripe, and we never see your full card number. The Monthly Refresh renews every month until you cancel.

What we need from you

• Details that are true and that you have the right to use: your business name, phone number, services, towns, offer and any logo or photo you upload.
• Your check before you print. You confirm the details we print. Check names, phone numbers, prices, offers and any license number or claim your state or trade requires or limits. Advertising rules differ by place and by trade, and following them is your responsibility.
• Use of review tools within the rules of the platform. Our scripts ask every customer and offer nothing in return for a review. Please keep it that way.

Delivery and fixes

When your files pass our checks they appear on your order page and we email you the link. Download links are created when you click them and expire, so come back to the order page for a new one. You get one free fix round within 14 days of delivery: change the details from your order page and we remake the files. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Your license to the files

Once an order is paid, you may use your files for your own business, in print and online, as many times as you like. You may not resell them or the layouts, or hand them to another business to use. We keep our templates, software and layouts. Fonts in the files are open-source fonts under the SIL Open Font License; the license texts are published with the site, for example Big Shoulders. You keep rights in your own name, logo and photos.

What we do not promise

We make the files described and we make them with care. We do not promise any result, such as more reviews, more calls or more work. Our QR codes open the review page for your business listing as it exists when the file is made; if that listing changes or is removed, the code may stop working, and you should test it before a large print run. Printing results depend on your printer.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost business or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Stopping, changes, law

We may refuse or end an order, with a refund, if details look false or if the use would break the law or a platform's rules. We may update these terms; the version in force when you pay is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by Texas law and the courts in Travis County, Texas, unless the law says otherwise where you live.
