We cannot promise that. We make good materials and make asking easy. What happens next depends on your work and how you use them.

No. The scripts we write ask every customer and offer nothing in return. Review platforms have their own rules, and following them is up to you.

If we cannot deliver your files, or they are defective and we cannot fix them in your free fix round, we refund the full price. Ask within 30 days of your purchase. If you simply change your mind after your files are made, we do not refund, because the files were made for you.

Print files are CMYK PDFs with 0.125 in bleed and fonts embedded, at the real size of each piece. Most printers, online or local, accept that. A sheet in your files says what to send and what to ask for. Printers differ on paper and scoring, so ask for a proof first.

Yes. Each printed piece comes with an editable PowerPoint file (.pptx) that also opens in Google Slides and Keynote. Text sits in real text boxes, so you can fix a word or a phone number yourself.

The print-ready PDF is made from the original layout, not from the editable copy. If you change the editable copy and want to print it, export a new PDF from it and check it with your printer.

You get one free fix round within 14 days of delivery. Change the details from your order page, and we remake the files.

We use them to make your files and to support your order, and we keep them with your order. We do not sell them. The privacy page lists what we collect, who helps us run the service and how long we keep things.

We write to local service businesses using contact details that are published, such as a business listing or a business website. Every email says who we are and has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP or use the link and we will not write again.

In most places, measurement runs unless you turn it off, using Google Analytics, which may set cookies to recognize your visits. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, and when we cannot tell where you are, nothing is measured until you allow it. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we measure nothing unless you choose to allow it. We do not respond to Do Not Track. You can change this any time on the Privacy choices page.

We add sales tax at checkout where we are required to collect it, based on your billing address. You see the tax and the total before you pay. Your receipt shows the tax line.
